We tried the rubber slip-on product and it just ballooned up. We returned it and got this. It is fantastic. The install is slightly more complicated, but it literally took 3 minutes to figure out. The only caveat is this will only fit certain sizes and types of bathtub spouts — definitely measure your tub spout before purchasing. Great product and customer service. I was about to return this item because our tub isn't a shower combo, so the converter wouldn't work on our spout. However, I saw the flyer inside that told me how to contact the company because they could help with most issues. I did just that and got such a quick response. I paid attention to the fitment requirements to make sure it would work BEFORE ordering. Installation was just as described and very easy. As long as you don't turn the faucet on FULL BLAST, there's zero leakage yet plenty of water flow from the washer head. This is an answer to prayer. I own a tortoise and I bathe her daily. This lets me rinse her bath out and wash her feet off easily. I put it together by myself — I am NOT a plumber. I used a wrench and followed the instructions exactly, and the pieces had stickers on each part to identify what goes where. It was so easy. Absolutely no drips — I don't even need the spray magnetic shield. I have 4 little dogs that now can relax in the tub and get deep down to their coat to loosen dirt and hair. I absolutely recommend this for anyone who has children, dogs, or just needs the versatility. The shower is fully operational with the turn of the knob, and its durability is holding up.
